Home Sweet Home Pet Care will obtain a key from you at the initial in-home consultation and keep it on file until our services are no longer necessary. All keys are kept in a secure location, locked and cross-coded so your address is not associated with your key. If you are not comfortable keeping a key on file, it can be returned once you are back home.
