This initial visit will give us the opportunity to get to know each other, gather all the necessary information, get acquainted with your pets, and answer any questions you may have. We want to learn as much as possible about the pets entrusted to our care so we can provide the most appropriate care for your loved ones. Please have a copy of your house key available for pick up.

Pet Sitting
In-home pet care is a stress-free alternative to boarding. It ensures that your pets are well cared for in a stable, familiar environment. No boarding, no kennel, no small cage. Visits are customized to your needs, but typically include fresh food and water, a potty break, cleaning of litter box, play time, administration of medication, and monitoring of your pet's health and well-being.
During our visits, we will also perform basic house-sitting services, such as mail retrieval, rotation of lights and blinds, watering plants, and taking out trash. These services are designed to give your home a lived-in appearance while you are away.
Below are our most popular pet sitting packages. If your pet needs a different schedule, please feel free to contact us to discuss more customized care.
Cat Care
- Daily Visit ($20) - This is one 45-minute daily visit tailored to your pet's needs.
- Two-Visit Package ($38) - This package consists of two 45-minute visits for cats and kittens who require a little extra social attention and/or medication. This package also provides for daily rotation of lights and curtains to give the home a lived in appearance while you are away.
Please note, in keeping with Home Sweet Home’s policy that all pets in our care receive daily care and socialization, we do not offer every other day vacation service for cats.
Dog Care
Two-Visit Package ($38) - This package consists of two 45-minute visits per day. It is offered for dogs with appropriate access to the outdoors during the day, such as a doggy door.
Three-Visit Package ($54) - This package consists of three 45-minute visits per day. It is offered for indoor dogs who need a midday walk or potty break.
Please note, in keeping with Home Sweet Home’s policy that all pets in our care receive appropriate care, we do not offer two-visit vacation packages to dogs without appropriate access to the outdoors between daytime visits.
Bird, Small Mammal, Reptile, and Fish Care
Daily Visit ($18) – This is one 30-minute daily visit tailored to your pet's needs.
Horse and Barnyard Pet Care

Midday Visits
While you're away during the day, offer your pets the socialization and exercise so vital to their health and well-being. Midday visits are designed to offer playtime, dog walks, new puppy or kitten care, senior care, or administration of medication. Visits are tailored to your pet's needs.
45-minute visit/walk ($20) for 1 or 2 visits per week
45-minute visit/walk ($19) for 3 or more visits per week

- Visits during busy times, such as holidays, may be 30 minutes in order to accommodate client requests
- Home Sweet Home does not charge mileage fees or additional pet fees
